Originating from the mountains of Planadas, Tolima, this Colombian coffee, cultivated by ASOPEP members, is the result of a meticulous process. Typica, Castillo, and Caturra varieties, harvested between 1400 and 2150 meters above sea level, are washed processed to highlight their best qualities. In the cup, it stands out for its intense dark chocolate flavor, a medium body, and a refreshing citrusy acidity.
Direct from the cloud forests of San Ignacio, our washed coffee boasts a juicy body, bright acidity, and a smooth hazelnut finish. Produced by the UNICAFEC cooperative at elevations of 900-1750 masl, this exceptional blend of Catimor, Caturra, Pache, and Bourbon varieties showcases the best of Peru's coffee-growing regions.
